Sex Offender Multi-State Search
Price $49.00 | Turn Around Time: 1-3 Business Days
Each state is required to maintain and regularly update current addresses on persons convicted of sex-related offenses at least since 1994, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual contact, kidnapping and various other violent crimes against children.
This search does not include records of everyone in each state who has ever been convicted of or arrested for a sex offense. In fact, each state has different laws as to what constitutes a "sex offender" - some states list only the most violent and habitual offenders in their registries, while other states include all sex-related criminal offenders in their registries.
These records generally show the offender's name, date of birth or age, description of offense and last registered address. Some records also show the date of the crime and other detailed information.;
The chart below lists all the states that are included in this multi-state sweep as well as the offender type of records the specific state stores, and the earliest record release that the state will release.
