Our Employee Monitoring Service will help you, the business owner, to discreetly monitor the performance of your employees via a simulated customer telephone call. We will have one of our specialists place a standard phone call to your business, using the scenario of your choice and taking your management preferences into consideration, as indicated on the form you will fill out upon placing your order. We can do this as a random check or specifically to check on a certain employee. We will take specific notes during the phone call and give you feedback on how your employee handles the conversation in regards to ordering, complaint management, or any other customer service task you are looking to evaluate. The relevant data will be provided to you in a timely manner so that you can address any specific employee issues.
Tip: Please give us as much information as possible so that we can provide you with meaningful feedback. For example, if you have a particular greeting you want employees to use when answering phone calls, please share that with us so that we can check the accuracy of this greeting.
